Do you ship outside of Canada ?

No. Currently we only ship to Canada.

What is your return policy ?

YouGlo.Co is a skincare company and we trade in perishable, personal care items. For this reason our items are not eligible for return and all sales are final. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged or faulty items are eligible for a refund or exchange. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hello@youglo.co within 5 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. 

Do you ship to a PO box ?

We do not ship to PO boxes.

YouGlo.Co is located in Prince Rupert, Canada.

Do you send free samples ?

No. Sorry we don't send samples. 

How do I know I placed my order successfully ?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout.

I haven't received my order. What should I do ?

Please email us at hello@youglo.co and we will do everything we can to make it right!

My order arrived damaged. What should I do ?

Please email us at hello@youglo.co with your order number and a photo and we will take care of the rest!
